Shawarmaji

Hi, Ever wondred what is the best shawarma in Kuwait?

Well, I think I found it. The place is called Shawarmaji and its located in Mishref.
My aunt once introduced me to this place and I thought of sharing it with you.

 

 It is amongst a nmber of restaurants in Mishref food circle.

 

 And this is their counter. I'll take you along step-b-step as I order.

 

 Step 1: choosing your bread (sandwich, pita or lebanese bread and saj)

 

Step 2: choose your meat (chicken, beef or sausage)

 

 Step 3: choose your veggies (lettuce, tomato, pickles, parsley, onion, etc.)

 

 Step 4: choose your sauce (garlic, pomegranate molasses, mayonnaise, tahina)

 

 Step 5: you order your drink and fries, as they put the shawarma for you in a sandwiche grill. And you pay!

 

That's my chicken shawarma.

 

 Step 6: you take a bite. I'll taste it on your behalf. Don't stare cos I wouldn't share.
